Align OS ("we", "us") provides construction management software to general contractors, subcontractors, and their teams. This policy explains what we collect and why.

2. Data we collect

• Account info: name, email, phone, company affiliation.
• Project data: anything you enter — RFIs, daily reports, photos, costs, schedules.
• Usage data: page views, feature usage, error logs (used to improve the product).
• Device data: IP address, browser, OS — for security and abuse prevention.

3. How we use it

To run the service, send notifications, troubleshoot, and improve features. We do not sell your data.

4. Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion of your personal data at any time by emailing us. Account deletion removes your login; project data may be retained as part of your company's workspace at your company admin's discretion.

5. Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access to project data is enforced by row-level security so members of one company cannot read another company's records.
