1. Acceptance

By creating an account or using AlignedGC, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the service.

2. Your account

You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity on your account. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use AlignedGC to upload illegal content, infringe on others' rights, or attempt to disrupt the service. We may suspend accounts that violate this section.

4. Your data

Your project data belongs to your company. We hold it on your company’s behalf. Your company admin controls access and exports. Companies set a retention period, seven years by default. During that period, protected records can be corrected or voided, not erased. Corrections and required reasons are kept in the history. After retention, your company may request workspace and record deletion through the in-app contact form. Deletion is not automatic.

5. Service changes

We continuously improve AlignedGC. Features may change or be removed. We'll give reasonable notice for breaking changes that affect paid plans.

6. Disclaimer & liability

AlignedGC is provided "as is" without warranties. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

7. Termination

You can stop using AlignedGC at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
